UPDATED MENU Nantucket Wine Festival, Château Bélair, Château Magdelaine, and Château Fourtet DINNER

Are you heading to Nantucket for the Wine Festival in a few weeks? Thursday Night May 19th you can find me at the Harbor Gala where we are serving our Lambs Tongue Terrine and we are teaming with ZD Wines & Frogs Leap Winery to bring you the perfect pairings to our dish.  

The highlight of my trip is Friday May 20th where I will be collaborating with Edouard Moueix of Château Bélair and Château Magdelaine and Matthieu Cuvelier of Château Fourtet to produce an epic evening of dining.  Saint-Emilion is the focus this year, and these three producers are all premier grand cru wines that are experiencing a great rush of critical recognition. The name "Moueix" is magic on the Bordeaux right bank.
Seats are extremely limited and are located in surroundings that are rarely seen on island.
Pricing for this dinner is $600 per person and the location will be sent with your ticket.
